Dr Sonam has received the ‘Fulbright-Kalam Climate Fellowship for Postdoctoral Research’ 2023-24 in Climate. During her tenure, she will be affiliated with University of Maine, Orono for two years to work on her project titled ‘River protection for climate resilience through the integration of geospatial technology, and indigenous knowledge for environmental flow modeling’.
