Gayathri Vangala

Before joining IIT Gandhinagar, I worked as a junior research fellow in the Center for Atmospheric Sciences at IIT Delhi. I worked on a project titled "Improving Crop Dynamics and Land-atmosphere Interaction in the Community Land Model for Major Indian Agro-ecosystems.”  It is an IITD - ISRO (SAC) - GBP collaborative project. During my post-graduation at IIST, I worked on analyzing soil moisture estimates from global and regional datasets and estimated the variability of soil moisture for different time scales over India.
