Shikha Sharma

Shikha did her B.Tech in Civil Engineering and later an M.Tech in Earthquake Science and Engineering from IIT(ISM) Dhanbad.  Currently, she is working on developing ground motion prediction equations for India, which are an integral part of seismic hazard analysis. Also, her approach is to use stochastic simulation so that the problems associated with fewer data can be reduced.

Her hobbies include sketching, singing, playing badminton, and many more.
