Research Interests : My research focuses on estimating blue carbon stocks within the diverse coastal ecosystems of Peninsular India. I'm particularly interested in leveraging the power of drone-acquired data, combined with the analytical capabilities of GIS and remote sensing, to accurately map and quantify these crucial carbon reservoirs. As a geographer with a passion for coastal environments and expertise in ocean color remote sensing, I'm eager to contribute to a deeper understanding of the vital role these ecosystems play in carbon sequestration and climate change mitigation
