Ramendra Sahoo has completed his doctoral degree in the Discipline of Earth Sciences from IIT Gandhinagar. Currently he is looking at the surface fingerprinting of the geodynamic evolution of accretionary wedges. Main tools for his research are numerical modelling and GIS. Some of his research interest are landscape evolution, non-linear dynamics, chaos and fractals.
