The alumni of the programme have gone on to pursue successful careers in academia, research, industry, and government, both in India and abroad. Some of the alumni have joined prestigious institutes such as University of Illinois Chicago, University of Massachusetts Amherst, Cornell University, and NGRI for their PhD studies. Others have taken up positions as geologists, meteorologists, engineers, and consultants in various organizations.
